Pet Stain and Odour
Dogs that work the property and nap on the good rug leave a compound signature: dust, oils, dander and the occasional accident. Immersion washing removes all of it from the foundation in one pass.
Where urine has sat a while, we assess dye condition first and tell you straight. The odour itself leaves with the wash, because its source does.

Odour Removal
Verandah living means rugs that breathe outside air all year, absorbing damp, dust and animal traffic until the room smells like the paddock. A full wash resets the rug completely.

Rug Steam Cleaning

Rug Dry Cleaning

The state sporting precinct built for the 1982 Commonwealth Games and named after Lord Mayor Frank Sleeman.
Generations of eastern Brisbane learned to swim at Chandler, and the acreage homes around the complex hand us some of the largest rugs on the whole eastern run.
Sleeman hosted the swimming and diving of the 1982 Games and has anchored Chandler ever since, with the Brisbane Aquatic Centre at its centre and the original 1982 outdoor velodrome still standing. The precinct keeps being rebuilt for bigger events and is slated for duty again in 2032.
The indoor track named for Australia's champion sprint cyclist, finished in 2016.
We use the velodrome dome as the reference point when arranging collection times with clients on Chandler's long-driveway blocks.
Built beside the Sleeman precinct, the Anna Meares Velodrome gave Brisbane its first international-standard indoor cycling track, hosted the 2018 Commonwealth Games track events, and is booked for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Its dome is now the landmark the whole suburb navigates by.
Bush tracks and horse trails along the creek that forms Chandler's eastern edge, entered from Chadwell Street.
Horse properties feed a very particular mix of dust, hair and boot traffic into the house, and the rugs that absorb it are why our van knows the Chadwell Street end well.
The reserve's wide shaded trails are shared by walkers and riders, with picnic tables along the creek. Chandler is one of the last places this near the city where saddling up at home and riding out on a Sunday is entirely normal, and this reserve is where those rides go.

By washing the whole rug, not spraying the surface. Odour lives deep in the foundation of the pile, and full immersion at our Yatala facility flushes it out. If urine has damaged dyes we tell you before washing, not after.
