We downsized with mum's Persian. Is it safe in an immersion bath?
It is precisely what the bath exists for. Dyes get tested before anything else, the wash is run at whatever pH the fibre requires, with hand work throughout, and no rotary machine ever touches it. Pieces like these come off our floor looking years younger, and any concern found at assessment is raised before work starts.
Can you help get the rug out from under the furniture?
Most owners have the rug clear before the driver arrives, which keeps pickup quick. Where lifting is genuinely difficult, a two-person team with furniture moving can be requested for an additional charge, arranged at the time you book.
