No — you don't need to be home for rug pickup or delivery. You can simply roll your rug and leave it in a safe, dry, undercover spot, and our driver will collect it and text you to confirm. If you'd prefer to hand it over in person, just let us know when you book and we'll confirm your pickup window once the day's run is scheduled. Either way, pickup and delivery are free.

If you won’t be home on collection day, simply roll your rug and leave it in a safe, undercover and dry location, such as a porch, carport, garage or behind a secure gate. Let us know exactly where you’ve placed it when you book, and our driver will collect it from that spot. You’ll receive a text message confirming your rug has been picked up safely and is on its way to our facility. The same applies on the return trip: if you’re not home when your freshly cleaned rug is ready, we can leave it in an agreed, protected spot so it doesn’t sit out in the rain or sun. Prefer to Be There? Tell Us When You Book
Some people would rather hand their rug over in person — especially with a valuable wool, silk, Persian or antique piece, or when there are specific stains and spills they want to point out.
