Where Your Rug Is Actually Cleaned
No matter where you are in the service area, every rug is cleaned at the same place: our dedicated immersion-wash facility at Yatala, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This is why we collect rugs rather than cleaning them in your home. A purpose-built facility lets us properly dust out embedded grit, fully submerge and wash the rug in controlled water baths, rinse the fibres clean, and dry the rug flat under managed conditions — none of which can be replicated on a lounge-room floor. Our technicians are IICRC-certified, so the same specialist standard applies to a Brisbane wool rug as to a silk piece from Byron Bay. Centralising the work at Yatala is what allows us to handle delicate, antique and heavily soiled rugs safely, and it keeps the quality consistent for every customer across the region.
How Pickup and Delivery Works Across the Region
Because we run regular collection routes through each area, getting your rug to Yatala and back is simple and free of charge across the whole service area. Brisbane and Gold Coast runs operate multiple times a week, the Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba are serviced on weekly schedules, and the Northern Rivers is covered on a regular run as well. Turnaround depends on your location and the rug itself, but you will be given a clear timeframe when you book. If you happen to be close to the facility — around Yatala, Ormeau, Beenleigh or Logan — you are also welcome to drop your rug off directly during business hours. Either way, your rug is handled carefully in transit and returned fully cleaned and dry, not damp.
